Four new partners at Vator Securities

 
Vator Securities was established ten years ago and continues to expand. The promotion of four employees to new Partners is hereby announced: Erik Sjöström, Erik Röjvall, Felicia Rittemar, and Anders Arviken.

Through our new Partners, Vator Securities further broadens and strengthens its knowledgebase. Our new Partners contribute with vast professional experience from equity analysis, project management, investment activities and fund management. Through demonstrated leadership abilities and a dedicated commitment to our clients, it is a privilege for me to welcome our new Partners, says Homan Panahi, Managing Partner at Vator Securities in a comment.

The role of Executive Advisor is established to utilize many years of professional experience in equity- and investment management. This adds valuable buy-side experience to more effectively identify and match investment pre-requisites to Vator Securities' clients needs.

As Executive Advisor, Erik Sjöström will have two important functions; partly to build strong relationships with institutional investors, partly to act as adviser to corporate clients regarding capital market issues. Erik has 25 years of experience as a manager of funds and pension capital, including the role as head of the fundamental equity management at Skandia. Erik has invested in both large and small growth companies and has been elected to several listed companies' nomination committees. Erik is a member of the board of Första AP-fonden, part of Sweden’s national income pension system.

As Executive Advisor, Erik Röjvall advises boards and company management on capital market-related and strategic matters. Erik has previously worked more than 20 years e.g., as a Senior Investment Manager at AB Industrivärden, a renowned Swedish investment company, and strategy consultant at the global and Harvard-related Monitor Group USA. Erik has gained solid stock market experience and worked as an advisor to the board and management of several global companies and industries, and has hereby worked in more than ten countries.

Felicia Rittemar, in her role as a Director, has been Vator Securities’ healthcare specialist since 2019. With a scientific background from Karolinska Institutet and Venture Capital experience including board assignments in innovative biotech and medtech companies, Felicia adds unique sector expertise combined with a stock market perspective. Felicia focuses primarily on growth companies conducting innovative development of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Anders Arviken has been a part of the Vator Securities Corporate Finance team since 2018, focusing on origination and transactions. With sector knowledge in Tech, Gaming, and Life Science, Anders has in his role as Director over the past five years acted as advisor to management and boards in almost 50 transactions within ECM and M&A. Anders has more than 10 years of experience from capital markets, strategy and financing from Investment Banking as well as from his role as an Investment Manager.
