Robert has more than three decades of experience from executive positions in investment banking across London, Stockholm, Helsinki, and the Baltics, including positions at Goldman Sachs, Swedbank as well as being the former CEO of Kaupthing Bank Sweden. He is Co-founder of OrganoWood, Chairman of Snellman Sotheby’s in Helsinki and Chairman of Nanol Technologies. Robert is passionate about fishing at his vacation home in the Finnish archipelago.

Maria has broad experience in leading fast-growing companies in their growth phases. Previously, Maria served as the CEO of the listed XR technology company, Bublar Group. She has also been the CEO of nordiska Dataspelsbranschen (Nordic gaming industry), leading its development for over 10 years. Additionally, she was a board member of the Interactive Software Federation of Europe (ISFE, now Video Games Europe). Maria is chairwoman of PS of Sweden and John Henric. She is a board member of, amongst others, M.O.B.A Network, the Swedish Esports Association, and the Association for Swedish Fashion Brands. Maria’s greatest passion lies in horses. She is also an investor.

Per has close to 30 years of experience. Starting his career in East-Africa in the Oil Industry, at a listed oil marketing company, KenolKobil Ltd. He held executive positions, such as Controller and International Sales Manager with responsibility of expanding the network in the region. Per was eventually elected to the Board of Directors. He also served on the Board at PA Resources, a listed up-stream oil explorations company active in North and West-Africa. Since 15 years Per is the managing partner of a small family office, investing in finance-, energy-, and property industries. Per leads an active lifestyle with his main hobbies, riding, polo and skiing.

Åsa has over 20 years of experience in legal work from law firms, where she worked in M&A, and from financial institutions. She has worked as a Business Compliance officer at ODIN Fonder and as a Compliance Officer for regulated companies within the East Capital group. For the past 10 years she has been managing Realjuridik, a law firm specializing in financial law and financial regulation. Åsa holds a degree in Business and Economics (M.Sc.) from Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Stockholm University. Åsa currently teaches a preparatory Swedsec-licensing course for Management and control functions.

Jörgen has nearly 30 years of experience from Management and IT Consulting. He has a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology and has worked for Ericsson and Accenture – where he was a Partner. He is an active investor and board member of, amongst others, Agteria, Cryptolens and was a member of the board of Accenture between 2006 and 2011, the last three years as chairman.
