Background and motive 

A strategic partnership was signed in November 2024, marking a significant leap for Yabie and substantiates the Company’s ambition to become the leading global SaaS solution that helps small and medium-sized businesses simplify their everyday lives and run their businesses more smoothly. In July 2024, Yabie signed an agreement with a fast-growing European retail chain that uses Yabie’s Emergency POS product, which IKEA also uses, in an initial eight markets. Through this partnership, Yabie goes from operating in two markets to six additional markets. 

By the end of the financial year 2024/2025, through these new partnerships, Yabie will be established in nine markets and, in the following financial year, in over ten. Yabie is moving from being a leading local software company to becoming a European player. These pivotal collaborations are driving a transformation of Yabie, where the Company has chosen to focus on products with the greatest global potential, all based on their technology platform Yabie Express.
